The color comes naturally from butterfly pea flower, and when anything with citrus (lemon, lime, or orange) is introduced, the gin turns pink! This gin can be used in a basic gin and tonic, but our favorite way to enjoy Blue Gin is with club soda, two dashes of orange bitters, and a big slice of orange to dress it up!
